Now that the cold weather is upon us many people will have stopped using their conservatories. Conservatories can be extremely cold at this time of year - which is a shame given the money spent having them built.

There are several reasons for conservatories being cold, but the core issue is that traditional conservatory roofs are simply not efficient.

The pictures on this page show a conservatory we upgraded to include a replacement tiled roof. These are far more efficient. The first image shows the old unusable cold roof in place. The view from the inside is enough to make you shiver!

After removing the old roof we built the structure of the roof, before insulating the roof. Already it's looking warmer. The tiles were then added to the roof, and the final image shows these in place. So our customer now have a room which they can use all year round - even when the snow returns!
